Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the Goods Receipts (GR) program across the APAC and EMEA regions, ensuring accurate and timely systematic receiving for all international shipments.
- Lead the strategic execution of the APAC and EMEA Aging In-Transit (AIT) burndown process, actively managing and mitigating multi-million dollar inventory backlogs.
- Host and direct weekly, monthly, and quarterly alignment calls with global 3PL partners and internal leadership to trace AIT progress, resolve bottlenecks, and enforce accountability.
- Establish and maintain a single, centralized working file for shipment tracking to ensure cross-functional data integrity and eliminate redundant reporting.
- Create, manage, and systematically resolve escalation tickets for orders facing Incorrect Status, Proof of Delivery issues, or Cancellations.
- Perform daily, in-depth root-cause analysis on late shipments, communicating directly with international 3PLs and site managers to force resolution and receipt.
- Validate, document, and update the PO order queue daily to seamlessly notify the AP team to finalize supplier payments.
- Own the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of inbound resolution and Goods Receipts Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Drive daily alignment meetings with core stakeholders to establish concrete action plans, consolidate tracking efforts, and prioritize high-value targets before quarter-end deadlines.
- Proven ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours to effectively support and communicate with APAC and EMEA regional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent advanced experience).
- 4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, large-scale warehouse operations, or a similar high-volume, global environment.
- Proven track record operating at a senior or Tier 3 level, successfully managing large-scale escalations, financial backlogs, international receiving programs, or complex cross-functional projects.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with a demonstrated ability to design, implement, and track continuous process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, SQL, and enterprise-level dashboard reporting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Suite tools, specifically utilizing Google Sheets for complex data consolidation, tracking, and information sharing.
