About the role

The Paycor Client Sales Executive is dedicated to the cross-sell of Paychex Retirement solutions to the Paycor client base.
Rep responsibilities include remote outreach to Paycor customers and managing the sales cycle.
They engage with customers via phone, email, or other virtual channels, to effectively conduct discovery calls, submit referrals (as applicable), close deals, and meet sales targets.

Share discovery findings with other Paycor Client Sales team members. Submit qualified lead referrals for other Paychex products to corresponding reps if better product fit.
Collect data to support our sales process and close deals.
Continually develop technical, competitive and sales skills knowledge to effectively represent sales organization.
Provide outstanding service and build trusted relationships.
Drive innovation in our products and services and continually improve our processes.
Work in partnership and support each other.

H.S. Diploma - Required
2 years of experience in Relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $55,000 - $115,000.
This range includes base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.
If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
