About the role

Casa Esperanza, Inc. is a bilingual/bicultural behavioral health treatment provider serving Boston and the Merrimack Valley.

The coach plays a vital role in improving the quality of patient care through the efficient use of resources and enhancing outcomes.

Staff Training Work with Program Director to develop, and implement curriculum content, training materials, and teaching aids that are aligned with relevant Treatment Improvement Protocols.
Develop procedures for staff to implement curriculum and provide "Train the trainer" sessions for key staff.
Clinical Work Provide 8 hours of clinical support to Familias Unidas Outpatient Program.
Duties can include assessments, individual or group interventions, clinical support to master level clinical interns, and other job duties as assigned by Chief Clinical Officer.

Active licensure required (LMHC/LICSW).
Work with the Director of Training to develop and lead required and enrich trainings for staff members across programs and departments.

3-5 years of experience in substance use treatment.
At least 2 years of supervisory and training experience.
Background in training, mentoring, coaching, or program administration (preferred).
Experience in Expressive Therapies (e.g., visual arts, theater, movement/dance, music) strongly preferred.

Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to train staff across a variety of learning needs.
Self-directed, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Comfortable using data to inform and improve direct care practices.
Flexible to work non-traditional hours, including some evenings and occasional weekends.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
Familiarity with cultural, social, economic, health, and substance use factors impacting workforce development.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
