About the role

Prime Home Developmental Disability Services is offering a variety of services.
These include residential and day services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
By offering multiple services and individualized programs, we can provide a full circle of care.

Manage a caseload
Supervise direct support professionals as they assist and work to strengthen the client's many daily living needs, including but not limited to: nutrition, hygiene, exercise, communication, and socialization skills
Ability to manage stressful situations responsibly and effectively

Positive attitude and ability to be a self-starter
Experience in program development and needs assessment is a plus
Ability to maintain documentation of records of the client's accidents/incidents as required.
Assistance of clients in being actively involved in the daily activities to achieve greater independence using person-centered planning and self-determination.
Supervisory, communication, and leadership qualities
Setting goals, monitoring progress, and giving direction on how to achieve those goals
Works with a sense of urgency
Outstanding attention to detail

Accrue PTO starting in the first pay period (11 days or 88 hours in the first year)
