Responsibilities

  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive community insight agenda, connect with community, and harvest insights
  • Influencing executives and senior leaders cross-functionally to support key decisions with community input
  • Building a framework for understanding AI-first creativity through foundational relationships, advisory groups, and regular forums
  • Strong EQ and ability to build relationships with key partners across the organization
  • Influence product teams and drive roadmaps across multiple teams, ensuring community roadmap items get delivered and shared back with the community!

Requirements

  • Experience with "0 to 1" early-stage product development or intrapreneurship within a larger company

Compensation

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
  • The U.S. pay range for this position is $140,100 -- $261,150 annually.
  • Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

  • In California, the pay range for this position is $180,300 - $261,150
  • At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
