About the role

  • Reporting to the Superintendent of Mine Services, the Supervisor, Mine operations, is responsible for assigning work and supervising the Mine Operation crews in meeting production objectives in a safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient manner.
  • The position follows a 4x4 schedule rotation of day and night shifts.
  • To be successful, we are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who works well as an individual and as a team player.

Requirements

  • Successful candidates must be willing to satisfy the pre-employment requirements of a pre-employment drug screen and three professional references.

Compensation

  • 123,000 - 152,000 CAD /year The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
