Requirements
- Requires ability to interpret energy efficiency / renewable technologies and services and understand their application.
- The ability to use PC desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Experience managing projects in environments with evolving priorities and limited established procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups and influencing without direct authority.
- Technical Knowledge/Skill:
- Requires solid understanding of financial principals.
- Experience developing new programs, processes, or customer engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated success identifying growth opportunities and driving measurable results.
- Education:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Nice to have
- Three (3) plus years of relevant experience in technical marketing, sales, project management, engineering, architectural, or energy efficiency.
- Experience and/or aptitude in customer service also desired.
Compensation
- $96,460.00-$107,180.00
- Salary is commensurate with your experience.
