About the role

Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between Darwin Homes and assigned clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
Property Management: Oversee the within the assigned portfolio, assist leasing staff with move-in processes, and handle client escalations.

Supervision: May be assigned to oversee the duties and tasks of the Assistant Property Manager, ensuring their proper execution and providing necessary support.
Maintain consistent communication with residents and ancillary services.
Work cross functionally with other departments to drive portfolio performance.
Collaborate with internal and external counsel to manage eviction processes.
This person will be the front-line employee working with our residents and leasing, maintenance, and construction partners to provide top-tier customer service and drive day-to-day operations of the portfolio of they are assigned.
Duties: Supervision: May be assigned to oversee the duties and tasks of the Assistant Property Manager, ensuring their proper execution and providing necessary support.

Ensure adherence to all relevant local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing, ADA, and Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations.
Requirements 2+ years of Property Management experience Active Real Estate License High School Diploma or GED Active Real Estate License.
Holding an active license in multiple states is preferred.
Experience using YARDI preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
