About the role

  • This is a corporate operations and business systems role.
  • You will provide education and guidance to associates and leaders throughout the company to advance continuous operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Transformation: Lead process improvement efforts that align with the Strategic Change roadmap.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive small, medium, and/or large-scale projects involving collaboration between Business areas.
  • Project Management: Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports ensuring all initiatives are delivered and adopted with positive results.
  • Key Performance Indicators: Define and manage KPIs for all initiatives such as cost savings/avoidance, process cycle time reduction, SOP compliance/adoption, error rate reduction, etc.
  • The Business Process Optimization Lead is responsible for leading the analysis, design and optimization of business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, standardization and operational effectiveness.
  • You will identify and implement scalable solutions that drive operational excellence ranging from desk level processes and scaling to enterprise-wide strategies.
  • Drive small, medium, and/or large-scale projects involving collaboration between Business areas.
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports ensuring all initiatives are delivered and adopted with positive results.
  • Partner closely with Product and IT when technical solutions are the best path forward.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and process mapping software.
  • Exceptional ability to persuade and influence team members and executives to adopt new ways of working.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace and process mapping software.

Nice to have

  • 3-5+ years in a high-touch customer service environment
  • experience in transportation or logistics is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or equivalent work experience).
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
