Responsibilities
- In charge of setup and breakdown of dish machine Maintain dish room cleaned, organized and sanitized Be aware and avoid any potential cross contamination hazards Work with staff throughout meals washing dishes, keeping tray return clear Ensure staff members remain productive throughout their shift Other duties maybe assigned as appropriate
- Qualifications Need 1 year of minimum experience in lead position
