About the role
- With locations in multiple states and expansion plans, Blufox is at the forefront of providing high-speed Internet, Mobile, Home Security, Video, and Voice services to residential and business customers.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train sales reps, manage key KPIs from the Sales Report, and maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Implement weekly and monthly sales incentives to meet and exceed growth objectives.
- Manage inventory for mobile devices, core cable products, and accessories.
- Operations: Implement and follow cash handling policies and procedures, exceptions reporting, etc.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of sales experience required.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs Reliable transportation Full Time (min 45 hours), Open Availability

Nice to have
- Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience preferred.
Compensation
- Competitive annual
- $65,000.00 - $85,000
