About the role

Responsibilities
- Support preparation for and response to institutional reform litigation
- Identify compliance gaps and work with site leaders and clinical staff to develop corrective action plans (CAPs)
- Maintain audit trails, compliance records, and documentation supporting regulatory readiness
- Develop, review, and update compliance policies and procedures in plain language
- Design and deliver compliance training for clinical, operational, and administrative staff
