About the role
- Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
- Extensive Regional Travel: This position primarily covers Reston but the ability to travel to any of our centers in Northern Virginia on short notice to provide essential coverage is mandatory.

- Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.

- Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
- We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Detail-Oriented: You are meticulous, organized, and consistently accurate, even with high workloads and in fast-paced environments.
- Required Travel & Logistics: This role requires travel to all centers throughout the region.
- Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- This is a regional position and travel is required to occasionally cover our Ashburn and Fairfax centers, as needed.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Compensation
- Competitive Pay starting at $22.00/hour (compensation determined based on education and experience).
