About the role

  • Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
  • Extensive Regional Travel: This position primarily covers Reston but the ability to travel to any of our centers in Northern Virginia on short notice to provide essential coverage is mandatory.

  • Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.

  • Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
  • We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Detail-Oriented: You are meticulous, organized, and consistently accurate, even with high workloads and in fast-paced environments.
  • Required Travel & Logistics: This role requires travel to all centers throughout the region.
  • Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • This is a regional position and travel is required to occasionally cover our Ashburn and Fairfax centers, as needed.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Compensation

  • Competitive Pay starting at $22.00/hour (compensation determined based on education and experience).
