Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of customer orders
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members and departments to best serve the customer
- Maintain customer relations by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
Requirements
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience demonstrating success in a Customer Service oriented position.
- A strong attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A strong work ethic, professionalism, reliability and a positive disposition
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Smart Sheets - working knowledge or willingness to learn
- SalesForce - working knowledge or willingness to learn
- Experience in field sales and/or sales leadership in high school music/performing arts.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- College/University undergraduate degree preferred but not required.
