- The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the flow of materials in and out of the transit warehouse, ensuring accurate purchasing, timely deliveries and pickups, and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Generate material work orders for each project to be pulled and prepared by warehouse associates.
- Verify material procurement requirements and project readiness with the appropriate departments prior to distribution.
- Notify relevant departments immediately when projects are ready to move to the next stage of execution.
- Communicate any project status changes that may impact material procurement or project timelines.
