About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting.
Requirements
- You must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Minimum commitment required for 12 months
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work orders, including completed tasks and required follow-ups.
- Other duties as required - flexibility and problem-solving are key in this role.
- Valid driver's license required.
