About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • You must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Minimum commitment required for 12 months
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work orders, including completed tasks and required follow-ups.
  • Other duties as required - flexibility and problem-solving are key in this role.
  • Valid driver's license required.
