Responsibilities
- Perform data quality checks - research and accept/reject data.
- Manage workflow requests and work with clients to assist in the setup of data delivery.
- Support growth in data participation.
- Maintain and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables to clients.
- Partner with internal teams (e.g. IT, Global Data Operations) to resolve delivery issues as efficiently as possible.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
- ability to communicate effectively and establish strong working relationships with executive management, internal clients, team members and other departments.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of hospitality technology
- PMS, RMS, BI Tools.

Skills
- creative, innovative, and analytical.
- Strong confidence in using and manipulating quantitative performance data.
- Ability to manipulate big data sets/work with disparate data sets.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experienced in dealing with urgent internal and/or external requests while maintaining the turnaround times for other projects.
- Highly organized, with strong time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in the field of hospitality, data, business management or finance.
- Knowledge of STR data, products, and clients.
- Knowledge of hospitality technology; PMS, RMS, BI Tools.
- Experience of working within the hotel/travel/tourism industry.
- Financial literacy, including familiarity with P&L statements and related performance indicators.
- Experience with API integrations and SFTP data transfers is highly desirable.
