Responsibilities

  • Full Cycle Recruitment Support
  • You will map out competitive talent markets and leverage advanced sourcing features to build healthy, proactive pipelines.
  • Your creativity will shine as you design personalized outreach campaigns that catch the attention of passive talent and engage high-potential individuals for future openings.
  • You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to write and post engaging job descriptions, evaluate applicants, and conduct comprehensive candidate pre-screening calls.
  • Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure compliance, support reliable reporting metrics, and facilitate seamless cross-functional team coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Technical Proficiency: Prior hands-on experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS),
  • Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and partners in Quebec as necessary.
  • Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, clients and partners (or suppliers) located outside Quebec and to understand the technical and scientific documentation used in our industry.

  • Prior experience recruiting within an agency setting or a fast-growing SaaS environment is highly preferred.
