Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a highly available, scalable network infrastructure supporting 10,000+ clients across LAN, MAN, WAN, and campus environments.
- Develop and enforce network architecture standards aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage critical infrastructure including Cisco systems, DNS/DHCP, security devices, and wireless solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and compliance initiatives.
- Develop documentation and disaster recovery plans.
Requirements
- Experience with enterprise Voice, Video, and Data systems.
Nice to have
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineers.
- Oversee lifecycle management, including upgrades, refreshes, and capacity planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of enterprise networking experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco technologies and networking protocols.
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, QoS, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS.
- Experience with tools like Wireshark and Fluke.
- Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP or higher) preferred.
