Responsibilities

  • Create reliability block diagrams/models that reflect the functions, failure modes, and characteristics of the system/unit being analyzed.
  • Work with engineering team to develop technical solutions to potential reliability and availability problems.

Requirements

  • Continued employment thereafter will be subject to maintenance of the level of clearance and program access required for the position in the future.*
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline plus 2+ years of engineering experience OR
  • Master's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) discipline
  • Candidate must have active SCI access at time of application with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years and prior to start date OR
  • Continued employment thereafter will be subject to the candidate's maintenance of the level of clearance and program access required for the position in the future.

Skills

  • Utilize standard commercial best practices and industry tools to cost-effectively conduct reliability analyses and assessments.

Compensation

  • $91,800.00 - $137,600.00
  • Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
  • Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
  • The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
