In this role, you'll support the successful execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Viant's AI-powered omnichannel platform.
Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Programmatic Strategy, and Technical Operations teams, you'll help ensure campaigns launch accurately, deliver efficiently, and exceed client expectations.
Support campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and launch activities across Viant's advertising platform.
Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Strategy teams to support client deliverables and execution timelines.
Maintain accurate documentation of campaign requirements, workflows, and operational processes.
Support process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality across the Operations organization.

1-3 years of experience in advertising operations, campaign management, account coordination, digital media, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and eager to learn the operational workflows that power large-scale digital advertising campaigns.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Experience working with ad tech platforms, campaign management systems, or digital marketing technologies is a plus.

In accordance with California law, the range provided is Viant's reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.
