About the role
- You will report to a Production Supervisor.
- Your work will directly affect people's lives!
- Wage progression: 1st scheduled raise after training (8-10 weeks) Additional wage progression is based on the number of qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Must perform all job tasks in a safe manner by following all of the mandatory safety requirements and guidelines.
- Able to follow documented step-by-step instructions and accurately document completion of each step.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Perform basic quality and process checks.
Requirements
- Able to work in any area of the department.
- Manually lift up to 50 LBS.
- Flexible to be pulled from one job to the next and then go back to first job as needed.
- Able to work in a respirator.
- Able to climb fixed ladders, portable ladders, extension ladders.
- Able to work overtime as necessary.
- Able to stand/sit for long periods and frequently use stairs, catwalks, and ladders.
