Responsibilities
- The primary function of this role is to assist with the daily operations of the Madison Square Garden All Access Tour while helping deliver a world-class guest experience.
- Help create memorable and engaging experiences for guests.
- Support tour guides by researching additional information and providing translations when needed.
Requirements
- Set up and break down the check-in desk, waiting area, photo experience, and virtual reality stations (no prior VR experience required).
