- Translate complex B2B enterprise customer needs into scalable product roadmaps and actionable Objectives and Key Results
- Establish key performance indicators to monitor product adoption, enterprise usage, and overall platform performance
Responsibilities
- As a Director, Product Management, you lead your team to effectively deliver customer and business value within our Enterprise portfolio.
- You coach and develop the careers of your direct reports as they hone their craft.
- You collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally to develop strong, trusting connections with stakeholders, uphold and exemplify our company values, and shape the culture within your area.
- You execute on Enterprise product strategy and ensure your team translates complex business requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions that drive retention and expansion.
- Execute on enterprise product strategy to drive long-term business growth and ARR expansion
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Design to build secure, highly scalable enterprise platform capabilities
- Drive operational efficiency across your product domain to optimize the speed and quality of product delivery
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure seamless enterprise go-to-market execution

- we may use artificial intelligence (AI)-powered tools to support the review and evaluation of employment and independent contractor applications, including screening and qualification assessments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with direct experience leading or managing product teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of launching and scaling high-growth Enterprise B2B SaaS products
- Strong proficiency with product management and analytics tools (i.e. Jira, Confluence, Figma, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
- Deep experience defining enterprise-grade solutions, including permissions, architecture, integrations
- A rich portfolio of active, self-directed exploration showing either an exceptional breadth of cross-functional interests or a profound depth of specialized mastery
- Personal resilience to learn from scratch, and successfully thrive in ambiguity
- Exceptional judgment and product taste, guiding teams toward simplicity in complex enterprise workflows
- Strong bias for action, balancing speed and urgency with sound operational decision-making
- Inspire, motivate, and advocate for team members by serving as a spokesperson and key leader
Compensation
- This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $160k-$195k + 10% bonus + Equity.
