Responsibilities
- As a Principal Product Manager, you will define product strategy, drive roadmap execution, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative solutions that create meaningful customer and business impact.
- You will work closely with Engineering, Design, GTM teams, and executive leadership to shape the future of our platform and accelerate growth.
- Lead the development of AI-native capabilities that combine workflows, documents, structured data, automation, and intelligent decision-making
- Define how AI technologies, including LLMs, agents, retrieval systems, and automation frameworks, create differentiated customer value
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to define requirements, prioritize investments, and ensure successful delivery
- Drive product adoption, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes through close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
- Design platform capabilities that create leverage across multiple products, workflows, and customer use cases
Requirements
- You think in systems rather than screens, comfortable discussing data models, APIs, workflows, automation, and user experience in the same conversation.
- Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), agreement intelligence, document automation, legal technology, procurement systems, or adjacent workflow domains is highly valued but not required.
- 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of LLMs, retrieval systems, agents, and AI evaluation frameworks
- Experience gathering enterprise customer feedback and translating insights into successful product investments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), agreement workflows, legal technology, procurement systems, or document automation platforms
- Familiarity with no-code, workflow automation, or enterprise productivity platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise platform consolidation or digital transformation initiatives

Compensation
- $200,000 - $260,000 CAD Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
