About the role
- McKee Foods is seeking a Production Worker to join our team at our Collegedale, TN location.
- This position will report to the Production Supervisor.
- As a Production Worker, you will play an important role on our high-speed production line, ensuring the efficient and precise packaging of our snack cakes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Requirements
- Ability to meet strict attendance guidelines (with or without an accommodation)
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn production systems/software
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with others
- Ability to learn new processes, procedures, and equipment
- Ability to lift 20 to 40 pounds on a regular basis (with or without an accommodation
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or a related field

- $20k-$40k
