About the role

  • McKee Foods is seeking a Production Worker to join our team at our Collegedale, TN location.
  • This position will report to the Production Supervisor.
  • As a Production Worker, you will play an important role on our high-speed production line, ensuring the efficient and precise packaging of our snack cakes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Requirements

  • Ability to meet strict attendance guidelines (with or without an accommodation)
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn production systems/software
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with others
  • Ability to learn new processes, procedures, and equipment
  • Ability to lift 20 to 40 pounds on a regular basis (with or without an accommodation

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing or a related field

Compensation

  • $20k-$40k
