Responsibilities
- Manage a team of System Engineers to meet customer expectations for Marathon/JCP performance.
- Manage department costs and budgets per AOP commits.
- Ensure System Engineers follow QMS process for developing System Specifications and execute DVT Testing to ensure compliance.
- Maintain department skills matrix competencies and develop / train personnel as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong engineering skill set amongst department of engineers.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or in a related field.
- Advanced Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering principles including V-Diagram breakdown of system specifications into sub-system component specifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management / leadership role.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of ANSYS, Creo, ANSI Y14.5 GDT, and AGILE is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fundamentals of components as robotic mechanisms, including motors, bearings, sensors, actuators is preferred.
Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $132,456.81 USD to $179,206.28 USD
- Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
