About the role
- Ag Processing Inc is currently hiring for a shift supervisor at our soy processing facility in Eagle Grove!
- The shift supervisor will also assist with training employees, enforcing company policies and procedures, and will ensure that quality standards are being met.
Responsibilities
- Provide management support through supervising the plant workers' activities including training employees, determining methods for employee work, and scheduling.
- Monitor and maintain processing supply inventory through completing orders of supplies and documenting amount of supplies on hand.
- Develop and manage projects as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- The person in this role will assist with the day-to-day operations through providing management support throughout the plant.
Requirements
- Experience in supervising employees through training and motivating.
- Experience using computers and other office equipment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of hazard communication standards and PSM, preferred.
- Supervisory Experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.
- Technical degree is preferred.
