About the role
- We are seeking a high‑calibre Corporate Development Analyst with a background in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or top‑tier corporate strategy.

Responsibilities
- Develop strategic insights, investment theses, and scenario analyses to guide executive decision‑making.
- Develop business cases for new technologies, partnerships, and market entry strategies.
- Support M&A assessments, partnership evaluations, and strategic investment opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate strategy, or corporate development.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Experience in nuclear, energy, defence, aerospace, or advanced technology sectors.
- Familiarity with federal funding programs, procurement pathways, or government‑facing strategy.
- Experience evaluating early‑stage technologies, markets, or partnerships.
- Must‑Have
- Exceptional financial modelling skills - able to build models from scratch with minimal guidance.
- Demonstrated experience supporting executive‑level decision‑making.
- Exposure to technology commercialization, IP strategy, or deep‑tech investment.
- Understanding of regulatory environments (CNSC, NRCan, DND/DRDC, ISED, etc.) is an asset.
