You'll sit at the intersection of Design and Product, playing a key role in the end-to-end design and evolution of the Eight Sleep app.
Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of product design, from information architecture and low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, and everything in-between.
You'll conduct usability studies and user interviews to inform design work, and work closely with our in-house customer discovery squad.
Our dedication, drive, and intensity rivals those of Olympic athletes.
You care deeply about building, shipping, and iterating on real products, not just making polished mockups that never see the light of day.
You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Research & Development teams to craft high-quality, data-driven designs that balance aesthetics with usability.
We don't believe in rigid design silos.
At many companies, product design is split into UX, UI, and other sub-disciplines.

You have experience coaching junior designers and collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers
You have a Bachelor's degree in a related design field or equivalent experience

Having built iconic, consumer-facing mobile apps at small and mid-size tech startups (with the data & reviews to prove it)
Experience designing mobile apps for Android
