About the role
- You will be hands-on with customers every day - understanding their problems firsthand, translating those insights into product flows powered by AI, and shipping improvements fast.
- We are hiring for two locations: Columbus, Ohio and San Francisco, California.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer insights into AI-powered product flows that reduce manual effort and support intervention
- Design and ship product improvements quickly, often using AI to prototype and accelerate development
- Build intuitive onboarding experiences that guide providers to success without requiring support
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to scale what works and eliminate what doesn't
- Pull and analyze your own data to prioritize where to focus and measure what you ship
- Near-zero support tickets and zero manual intervention needed per provider on average
Nice to have
- Background in computer science (undergraduate CS degree required)
- business school or MBA strongly preferred
