This is a high-ownership role in a lean team.

As Financial Accounting, you will own key components of the monthly close - journal entries, account reconciliations, inter-company transactions, and financial reporting support.
You will work directly with the Controller and broader Finance function, helping build audit-ready processes as the company grows toward IPO readiness.

Hands-on experience with full-cycle close: journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and variance commentary
If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.
Instead, it's about the impact you have.

Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
Familiarity with intercompany accounting, FX translation, and multi-entity consolidation
Solid working knowledge of US GAAP
experience in a pre-IPO, IPO-stage, or public company environment strongly preferred
CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active or actively in progress)
Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP
