About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain a single source of portfolio data and reporting standards across Gas Compressor Engineering and Operations
- Administer and support Planview portfolio structures, resource data, and related governance processes
- Support business reviews, forecasting cycles, and portfolio reporting activities
- Develop capacity, demand, labor utilization, and resource forecasting analyses
- Model workforce and portfolio scenarios to support organizational planning
- Dashboard Development & Decision Support
- Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, scorecards, and business performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with business analytics, portfolio reporting, financial analysis, or resource planning
- Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, collaboration, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
Nice to have
- Strong competency with Power BI, including dashboard development and data modeling
- Experience with Power Automate, Tableau, and AI-enabled business tools
- Experience with Planview, Coupa, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, LN, WCCS, or similar enterprise systems
- Knowledge of financial forecasting, capacity planning, and resource management
- Familiarity with engineering development, manufacturing operations, or Gas Compressor products and applications

Compensation
- $89,210.00 - $133,810.00
