About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner with Richardson site and leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into people strategies, workforce plans, and talent actions.
- Connect site and leaders with Employee Relations, People Services, Talent, Compensation, and other HR Centers of Excellence to deliver people solutions aligned to business and team member needs.
- Micron is seeking a Staff HR Business Partner to support our growing Richardson, Texas site and partner with leadership teams as well as supporting functional leaders.
Requirements
- Progressive experience in HR business partnership, site HR, employee relations, talent management, organizational efficiency, or an equivalent area within HR.
- Experience collaborating with leaders in a matrixed, technical, manufacturing, engineering, or global environment.
- Ability to use data, judgment, and business understanding to solve problems and influence decisions.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a changing environment.
- Proficiency using AI to improve workflows and work efficiency in daily and project/program-related tasks.
Nice to have
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a progressive HR roles.
- In this role, you will help shape the people experience at a growing Richardson site while supporting leaders and teams connected to one of Micron's important business areas.
