  • POSITION PURPOSE Reporting to the Director of Disability Access Services, the Testing Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring equitable access to academic resources for students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with computer systems, including assistive and AI-driven technologies to support accessibility.

Nice to have

  • Training or certification in first aid and behavioral crisis response.
  • Experience supervising diverse students at the college or university level.

Skills

  • Ability to actively and positively contribute to the College's core values of diversity, equity, inclusion, antiracism and access.
  • Experience in the technical realm sufficient to enable effective proctoring of digital testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, and verbal communication with superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to supervise a large group of student workers, in a variety of work assignments and complex payroll.
  • Experience with collecting and evaluating data, with the goal of assessing achievement of student and unit outcomes.
  • Ability to propose innovative approaches and creative solutions.
  • Familiarity with databases and technology, with a strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • This is an on-campus position and is not eligible for remote work arrangements.
  • This position is a 0.83 FTE working 1726 annual hours during the academic year (10 months, 40 hours).
  • The duties and priorities of this position may shift throughout the year based on the academic calendar.
  • Supervisory Duties
  • Coordination & Support of Student Testing Accommodations (40%)
