POSITION PURPOSE/SUMMARY The Quality Control Coordinator is committed to supporting Louisiana Bridge Builders by coordinating, documenting, and reporting quality activities for the Project.
Job Description LOCATION This position is based in Lake Charles, LA.
Compile comprehensive reports detailing quality performance, highlighting trends, and suggesting corrective actions and lessons learnt.

Participate in the preparation of Project Quality Management System documents.
Collaborate in the digitalization of quality records.

Ability to use appropriate computer programs (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite) which includes having proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt and learn as programs and processes change.
Ability to work as a team member and exert initiative to work independently to reach a goal.
Ability to function effectively as a team player and collaborator.
Ensure quality documentation and required records for the Project are accurate and up to date.
Experience working with Design-Build projects within the construction industry and implementation of quality management and quality control digital tools is preferred.

Ability to embrace change in the workplace while encouraging others to seek innovative approaches.
