Responsibilities
- Ability to perform detailed reading of arrhythmias, maintain telemetry equipment, and have a comprehensive knowledge of the Telemetry Monitoring system.
- Maintains visual check of monitors.
- Maintains log of patients being monitoring.
- Troubleshoots & collaborates with Biomed/nurses for GE telemetry problems.
Requirements
- Required - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Required - None.
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Nice to have
- Preferred - State Certification for ECG, ECG certificate program or equivalent.
