Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Matic Local business leaders to translate field needs, agent workflows, and distribution dynamics into product requirements.
- Conduct ongoing user research with agents, loan officers, and referral partners to deeply understand how they work and where friction exists.
- Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, delivery, and iteration of features that improve agent productivity, pipeline visibility, and referral partner engagement.
- Design and build the onboarding, lead management, and performance tracking experiences agents rely on to produce results.
- Define and track success metrics across agent activation, pipeline conversion, referral partner engagement, and overall Matic Local unit economics.

Skills

- Familiarity with insurance distribution, mortgage origination, or financial services.
