About the role

  • Monitor delivery dock and welcome delivery trucks
  • Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Saltbox Members, help problem solve, and provide them with logistical support receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Track and document shipment arrival and departure times
  • Ensure that the building is fully operational and things are running efficiently in the warehouse, kitchen, and office space.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail, associates must be able to find and extract merchandise from storage areas and shelves and follow member specific tasks
  • Physical strength and stamina, since associates may be required to move objects or goods from one place to another and also operate necessary and required machinery efficiently. (Don't know how?
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation

Nice to have

  • Experience with shipping, receiving and inventory a plus
  • Retail and warehouse experience a plus

Compensation

  • Saltbox is excited to offer an hourly position with a base pay range of $17hr to $18/hr, depending on your location.
