About the role
- The Interiors Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the development of multiple construction projects and oversees their organization, schedule, and implementation.
- This role will require reimbursed travel to the Wilmington office twice a week.
Responsibilities
- at Grey Interiors The Interiors Project Manager should have a solid understanding of the drywall trade, the construction industry, job site safety requirements, planning and scheduling, building trades, and work sequence.
Requirements
- Ability to read and understand construction schedules.
- Daily communication with GC Project Superintendents is required in order to complete all work on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
