Requirements
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 40-50 lbs.
- They may be required to work weekdays, weekends, and general holidays.
- Process basic payments or merchandise sales if required.
- Prepare client-ready daily/weekly reporting packs as required.
Nice to have
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
Skills
- Strong client service focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety compliance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision during remote shifts.

Compensation
- $40k-$50k

- This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a Criminal Background check, FIT Health Assessment, drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment.
- Answer questions about gym policies and facility use.
- Monitor member access and uphold gym rules.
- Clean and disinfect gym equipment, mats, and surfaces regularly.
- Maintain a visible and helpful presence on the gym floor.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving supplies for the gym.
- Track certifications and training records for gym staff.
- The Remote Camp Gym/ Fitness Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the camp gym facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all users.
