About the role

  • Individuals in this role should be extremely detail oriented and possess good problem-solving skills.
  • It is also expected that warehouse specialist has adequate physical strength to successfully unload shipments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear and traceable records of all physical and system transactions to enable quick identification and management of all material movements.
  • Prepare and dispense GMP and Non GMP materials to support production operations.
  • Maintain accurate physical and system (SAP, Green Channel. etc) transactional inventory of warehouse materials.
  • Perform routine inventory cycle counts.
  • Manager of Logistics & Warehouse and will support warehouse raw material and finish products functions.
  • GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. maintains a drug-free workplace.

Requirements

  • 3+ years WH/inventory/logistics experience.
  • Pick, pack, and ship finished product, materials, and equipment as required per established policies and procedures.
  • Ability train in all areas of the warehouse operations to include applicable GMP, GDP, EPA, DEA, DOT and OSHA training or certifications.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and GMP requirements.
  • Actively participate in Safety programs, Quality inspections and Warehouse audits.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, neat, orderly and inspection ready. Must apply and adhere to Good Housekeeping Practices in a GMP environment.
  • Operate in cost conscience manner and suggest process improvements and to reduce waste.
  • Work autonomously as well as within a team environment to promote the overall success of the department, organization and its customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities independently.
  • Pay range is estimated between $60k - $80k based on skill set and experience.
