Responsibilities
- Partnering with Product Managers to support adoption of product standards, tools, and reporting practices
- Serving as a point of support for product operations and reporting questions, providing guidance within defined standards
- Contributing to documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials to support consistent global adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in product operations, program management, product analytics, or related operational roles
- Experience working in execution-focused roles with defined standards and processes
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Experience supporting product analytics or reporting tools such as Power BI, Amplitude, or Pendo
- Experience supporting intake, backlog management, or portfolio reporting practices
- Experience working within professional services or large, matrixed enterprise environments
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models and operational forums
- Experience working in a Global Delivery Center or offshore delivery environment
- 3-5 Years of experience
