- Internal Position Title: Production Associate Pay Rate: $23.72 per hour + shift differential if applicable NOTE: During 90 day probationary period, role is considered a Learner and earns $20.87 per hour + shift differential if applicable.
- Will be hired under indirect Temp Contract pending successful completion of 90 day probationary period or Qualification on machine.
- Category/Shift: The plant operates 24/5 with 8-12 hour shifts.
Requirements
- Maintain quality and production standards as required by the company;
Skills
- 3-6 months hands on Industrial Plant manufacturing experience
- Corrugated industry experience preferred
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- The ability to accurately read a tape measurer and ruler
- The ability to use basic shop math
