SCOPE OF POSITION ConeTec is an international full-service geo-environmental and geotechnical site characterization contractor.

The Driller Assistant must be adaptable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Completion of relevant vocational training or technical courses in drilling, construction, geotechnics, or heavy equipment operation is an asset.
Experience in drilling, construction, mining, or heavy equipment operation is an asset.
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.), working in various weather conditions, and navigating uneven terrain.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
Technical Skill Requirements
Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, moving heavy materials up to 50 lbs., climbing, crawling as well as walking on uneven ground, working long hours in all weather conditions.
Basic mechanical skills and the ability to perform minor maintenance on equipment.
Willingness to complete on-the-job training and safety certifications.
