Responsibilities
- Analyze inventory trends, validate invoices, and monitor warehouse spending and inventory adjustments to ensure financial accuracy.
- Lead shrinkage reviews, validation activities, and Management Improvement Plan (MIP) oversight to support operational and financial performance.
- Prepare and deliver logistics financial reporting, including inventory reconciliations, MIP reporting, and key performance metrics.
- Manage and reconcile inventory records across 3PL and 4PL partners, identifying discrepancies and driving corrective actions.
- Oversee logistics-related transaction processing, including supplier charge estimates, cycle counts, discards, returns support, and purchase order payments through Coupa.
- Develop analytical tools and reporting solutions to measure business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support data-driven decision making.
- Support logistics and inventory improvement projects, warehouse assessments, and initiatives that enhance supply chain efficiency and controls.
- Partner cross-functionally to manage project requirements, milestones, and deliverables, resolving operational and financial issues with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and employees within the company.
- Must be able to work within a team environment.
- English required.
Nice to have
- Lean/six sigma training and certification preferred.
- Possess a broad knowledge of business operations (principles, practices and procedures.
- APICS certification is a plus).
Compensation
- Provide financial support for logistics operations, including annual operating plan (AOP), forecasting cycles (F1/F2/F3), and budget management for 3PL partners and suppliers.
- The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually.
- The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position.
