About the role
- At Keeper, the SMB Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for driving new business within an assigned geography or vertical.
- This is a quota carrying and revenue generating position that reports to our Manager of Inside Sales.
- This role involves complex selling within a sales cycle period.
Responsibilities
- Manage full sales cycle
- Develop relationships with prospect customer contacts
- HR, hiring managers, interviewers*, IT support for system administration
Requirements
- 2+ years of software sales experience
- An accomplished track record of selling software into IT organizations
- A track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience managing full sales cycle
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience or knowledge of the Information Security industry is highly desired
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite programs
- explicit consent where required
Nice to have
- Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management tool is preferred, expertise with Salesforce.com is highly desired
