Review home improvement contracts for accuracy of job specifications (i.e., sizes, colors, styles) and perform complete and accurate pre-construction activities, including technical measure.
Function in a customer-facing support role, provides face-to-face, phone and email support to customers, troubleshoots complex customer issues; provides creative solutions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Accurately measure Products, complete Product order, develop labor estimate and specify additional supplies needed for the project.

Lift base showers or tubs and crushed marble panels ( must be able to lift over 75lbs) Will be on your feet 6-9 hours a day Complete services when necessary.

Responsible for installing Bath products and setting the pace and tone of each job given to the team, according to the work order, Manufacturer guidelines and quality and safety guidelines.
Follow the Company Polices and Procedures and notify Management when needed to retain the integrity of the Company.
Ensure customers understand the installation process and provide answers to customer questions.
Collect final payments and appropriate documentation from customers upon job completion.
