About the role
- The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in all areas of our facility.
- This role is crucial in ensuring that our premises are presentable and hygienic for employees, clients, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms.
Requirements
- Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Person" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
Skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and cleaning chemicals and supplies.
