About the role

  • This role plays a key part in maintaining audit readiness, accurate documentation, and continuous improvement across operations.
  • Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • We are problem solvers working with leading agencies and organizations to help them address many of today's most complex challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance and quality records related to personnel, credentials, and operational readiness
  • Identify, document, and escalate compliance risks or gaps to management
  • Support audits, reviews, and internal assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and readiness
  • Collaborate with quality and operational leadership to recommend process improvements
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by tracking issues and corrective actions
  • Perform related duties as assigned within scope of practice

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or risk management
  • Experience supporting regulated programs, audits, or quality assurance activities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to type 45 words per minute
  • The applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and may be required to meet the following conditions of employment
  • Verify that assigned staff meet required qualifications, training, and suitability requirements prior to operational assignment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated integrity and commitment to ethical conduct
